About Nil: Since starting her real estate career in 1987, Nil has consistently earned Top Listing & Sales Associate Awards, ranking her among the Top One Percent of all Santa Clara County Realtors. Her energy and hard work has earned her membership into Coldwell Banker’s International Presidents Premier, which represents the Top One Percent of the company.
In addition to being a licensed Broker, Nil is a member of the California Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. She holds a masters degree from Michigan State University, and enjoys living in sunny California.
About Pelin: After growing up in her family’s real estate business, Pelin officially joined Nil’s team to do what she knows best, Real Estate! Pelin’s attention to detail and legal training make her a key addition to the team. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2005 and is also a licensed California Attorney, with a focus in Real Estate Law and Estate Planning. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and loves living and working in the Bay Area.
